You have 15 days from the date of receiving all items in your order to submit a return request. Returns received at our warehouse after this period will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

- Initiate Return: Email us at support@ellavou.com with the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item in its current state. For quality issues, include images of the faulty parts and the tag (including the QC Tag).
- Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days and issue the refund to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.
